15 Days Return Guarantee
At ID Zone, acquiring valid entities is our top priority. If system anomalies occur with the Free Fire ID you injected, you are eligible to initiate a return sequence within exactly 15 days (360 Hours) from the synchronization timestamp.
Initialize a return request directly from your Player Dashboard > Order Database Intel by clicking the Initiate Return sequence next to your eligible payload.
Return Requirements Matrix
- Valid Reason Vector: When compiling your request payload, you must explicitly state the anomalies encountered (e.g., missing items, security breaches, payload rejection).
- Original State Integrity: The entity must not be banned or its rank/resources degraded by the controlling user.
- Time Constraint: The request must be submitted before 15 days (360 hours) have elapsed since the original node transfer.
Secure Return Protocol
To process refund extraction successfully, user nodes and the core platform must execute this strict sequence:
- Submit Request: Click the Initiate Return command in your dashboard and input the return payload reason.
- Handover Entity: Provide access back to the ID Zone Admin node for verification and repossession of the Free Fire ID.
- Permanent Deletion: After admin confirmation, only then must you permanently obliterate the linked Gmail/Facebook node. System will verify this deletion.
- Refund Issued: Upon confirmed deletion and secured entity, the admin node will instantly inject the refund back to your Core Wallet.
